This is the finished version of "TNS Bulletin Display", which I used to make the hologram in "Breaking News Item".
The ship is the Cargo Carrier created by Porsimo, available on ShareCG (I think... I just tried to verify that, but their site is down).
The design's very much in keeping with the spirit of Traveller spacecraft - a bare-bones 'tug' with modular cargo units bolted on at an orbital station for transfer to another low-orbit platform.
